Contract Documents, which include additional details, are available for online viewing and for purchase from Printscape Imagining and Graphics on Tuesday, April 6, 2021. Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to Buckeye Local School District Board of Education, ATTN Kim Leonard, Superintendent, 6899 State Route 150, Dillonvale, Ohio 43917, and plainly marked on the outside "BUCKEYE LOCAL SCHOOL DISTRICT BOARD OF EDUCATION – SOUTH ELEMENTARY SCHOOL REPAIR PROJECT BID." Bids will be
received until 3:00 PM, local time April 27, 2021. Immediately after the time for their filing is expired, the bids shall be publicly read by the Superintendent at 6899 State Route 150, Dillonvale, Ohio 43917.
All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening; the Board reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility.
